Service Limitations

We are not responsible for:

• Color fading or color bleeding
• Natural shrinkage
• Weak or aged fabric damage
• Damage to beads, sequins, stones, embroidery, or embellishments
• Stains that are stubborn or impossible to remove

Delivery Terms

• Timely delivery is our priority, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Urgent delivery is available at 50% extra charge.
• Customers must check garments at the time of delivery. Any claims regarding the garment should be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Garments not collected within 15 days of scheduled delivery are at customer's risk.

Liability

• All articles are accepted at the customer's risk.
• We hold no liability for damage or loss caused by fire, burglary, theft, or natural accidents.

Pricing

• Pricing varies by city, store, and garment complexity.
• Prices displayed are indicative, with final rates depending on the garment.

Processing Methods

Our technicians will choose the most appropriate cleaning method for each garment based on fabric type, care labels, and condition.

Marketing & Promotional Use

We may use images of garments for promotional purposes, without customer identity.

Jurisdiction

All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
